A person who suffers incredibly from delusion. They are like a pawn on the game of chess, an easy target for more delusion. Deluded pawns pretend to be other pieces on the chess board like a King or Queen, but they can only make one move and are easy targets for the more inclined.
Colloquialism:
Yo, there's Jason, a deluded pawn who thinks he controls the stock market; I didn't know nillionaires are now multi-millionaires. All these deluded pawns in Los Angeles think they are big shots when they have bills, rent payments, a mortgage, and college debt.
